The executive committee (EC) headed by the Managing Director is the apex body of the company which conducts its activities according to the mandate of the General Assembly. The EC also consists of the Managing Director who looks after the daily activities and administration of the firm by the help of a team of regular staff and the board of directors as well. The firm has two wings – Research Wing and Development Wing – each headed by the Head of the Division. The divisions have their own consultants both in hand and in the roster who provide technical expertise to the firm. The Business Development Division, under the leadership of a Business Development Head, includes Field Enumerators, Senior
Consultants, Development Activists, Social Mobilizers, and Volunteers, indicating a well established capacity for fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation. This structure enables MCRC to effectively deliver comprehensive research and consultancy services across various development sectors in Nepal.
